It is a process similar to paying a bill through internet banking. On-Line jjAbbing O-Ljj Is where a jjAbb merchant sells goods and services via a web portal over the internet and allows the trading of jjAbbs on-line via this facility. Face to Face jjAbbing FFjj Is where people interact face to face in the buying and selling of goods and services and the trading of jjAbbs. A customer must present his or her card and pass it through a jjET/POS to facilitate the giving or receiving of jjAbbs. jjAbb Merchant jjM Is a jjAbb merchant who both issues and acquires jjAbbs in their business. Acquiring jjAbb Merchant AjjM Is a merchant who sets up initially to acquire jjAbbs only. An acquiring only merchant cannot redeem jjAbbs for cash until they have begun to operate as a jjM. jjAbb Factory jjF The area in the jjAbb BMS where jjAbbs are created after the merchants cash has been deposited and cleared from the jjAbb Independent Secure Account jjISA jjAbb Independent Secure Account jjISA An independent financial institution entrusted with managing the jjAbb asset so that a merchant can redeem their jjAbbs for cash at anytime anywhere in the world. jjAbb Transaction Record Keeping System jjTREK All jjAbb Merchant and Member account information is housed in the jjTREK. All jjAbb records are housed in the jjTREK. If an account in the jjTREK does not have enough jjAbbs to support a requested transaction, the jjTREK will notify the jjET/POS that a transaction is declined jjAbb Data Mining center jjAbbAcus The jjAbbACUS is where jjAbbCO stores all the marketing data generated via jjAbb transaction jjAbb Own Discounting jjOD jjAbb own discounting is when a member wants to use their jjAbbs to offset the purchase price of an item. In essence, it is a payment that is processed in part with cash or credit, using traditional methods and in part with jjAbbs. jjAbbs Issued jjAbbIS The process and the button on the jjET/POS that indicates that jjAbbs are being given from the merchant to the member. jjAbbs collect jjAbbIT The process and the button on the jjET/POS that indicates that jjAbbs are being collected by the merchant from the member.		Q/ What is a jjAbb?
		A/ In some ways it is like a loyalty point but it offers you so much more. a) You can earn and spend them at any business that displays a jjAbb logo b) Your points never expire and can sit in your account as long as you want them too c) You can spend them immediately if you want to d) They are as secure as an EFT/POS system e) Other than your annual membership fee, there are no other or hidden fees and charges for members. f) There are no catalogues or processes for using your points for benefits g) Everything is as simple as the swipe of a card
		Q/ Where can I use them?
		A/ jjAbb is very new! At the moment we are rolling out Performance Golf Pro Shops around Australia. We are also in discussions with a number of other businesses. As we bring on new businesses they will all be listed on our site. They will also display jjAbb logos on their windows.
		Q/ Why would a business give me jjAbbs?
		A/ A business gives away jjAbb to help facilitate sales. If they are offering jjAbbs on a product or service it is to entice you to buy their products.
		Q/ Do I have to have the full value in jjAbbs to buy a something using jjAbbs?
		A/ No, jjAbbs has a function called jjOD’s. A jjOD is a jjAbb Own Discount. All businesses are encouraged to offer jjOD’s and are trained and given calculators to assist. You can make an offer of jjAbbs on any purchase. The merchant will take the jjAbbs and reduce the cash price of the item based on the jjAbbs you have offered.
		Q/ How do I keep track of the jjAbbs I have?
		A/ You can ask for a jjAbb balance from the terminal at the business. You can also keep an eye on you jjTREK account. When you sign up to be a Member you are given you own jjAbb account which keeps a record of all your transactions.
		Q/ I got a PIN with my card, but haven’t had to use it yet?
		A/ That’s right; you are only required to use your PIN if you are spending your jjAbb. Even when you are spending, in some cases the business you are at, may have floor limits. In this case if the purchase is small, the business may opt not to require a PIN.
		Q/ How soon are the jjAbbs I earn available?
		A/ Immediately! All transactions happen immediately in the jjAbb system. So you can use them in your very next purchase.
		Q/ What should I do if I lose my card?
		A/ Treat it the same as losing any card. Call us as soon as you can and we’ll cancel that card and send you a new one. Provided no one else has access to your PIN number, your points should be secure in your account.
