How will jjAbb save me from accruing liabilities from point’style loyalty programs?

jjAbb’s have a permanent value and are transferred real time via our point of sales device. More importantly, you use jjAbb as a marketing tool according to how you want customers to behave. You give jjAbb away when, where and how you want to. JjAbb’s unique, because it’s not designed to lock customers into a brand. Traditional points systems give rewards away on total spend. We’ve got a better idea: use jjAbbs to market your products. Here’s a case study: An airline might give away traditional points on flights from Sydney to Melbourne, one of the most profitable routes in the world. But with the jjAbb system, it would make more sense to give them away on trips to Alice Springs or Adelaide, or to offer them on trips to Queensland during the winter breaks.

Ah, but if businesses control how customer earn jjAbb, won’t that be a turn–off for card holders?

No. Because customers will learn to shop smart, so they can generate their own discounts. The beauty of jjAbb for the customer is that he or she can spend the jjAbbs they’ve earned immediately. There’d be nothing to stop a jjAbb card holder from shopping at jjAbb retailers all day, then spending their jjAbbs at a participating restaurant that night. The restaurant tells the customer the value of the jjAbbs on that night. The customer enjoys a meal, and hands over jjAbbs for, say, a 25 percent discount. Customers will feel like they’ve earned these rewards easily and will spend them on impulse.

Hang on! If I invest in jjAbbs but then give them away to customers, what’s in it for me?

More customers! It’s a new way of thinking about discounting, but unlike discounting, jjAbb gives real rewards to the customer and crucial customer marketing data to you. If you already offer specials and promotional prices, jjAbb is perfect for your business. jjAbbs let you influence customer behaviour. The other problem with discounts and promotions is that you never learn about your customer. jjAbb will provide incredible data mining. Here are few examples of how to replace discounts with jjAbbs: A theatre might give jjAbbs on tickets for Monday and Wednesday night shows. A Mechanic might give jjAbbs on a brand of tyres that are overstocked. Supermarkets might give jjAbbs on a discounted line of products.

How do I determine what I charge in jjAbbs when someone spends them with my business?

That’s up to you. We don’t control pricing. You buy into the jjAbb network so that you have jjAbbs in your account to give away (or earn). Their intrinsic value is never lost. All jjAbbs cycling through the system are secured in an independent security account. You decide how many jjAbbs you want to give away and how much jjAbb you’ll expect as payment or part payment for goods. But remember, the system is about marketing. If you’ve got a strong relationship with your customer, you’ll be fair with those jjAbb values because you won’t want those card holders to go elsewhere.

What if I’m giving away more jjAbb than I’m getting back?

What’s the problem? Again, with jjAbb you replace discounting and promotions. If you’re giving away jjAbbs for products or services that you need to move off the shop floor, you’ll welcome the extra customers coming in to buy those products! But don’t forget, if you have a good relationship with those customers, and they know you’re a jjAbb retailer, they’ll want to spend jjAbb with you anyway.

What if I change my mind, or if I end up with more jjAbb than I first purchased?

You can cash them in. The intrinsic value of jjAbb is secure, and the value of the jjAbbs is secure. Merchants can cash jjAbb in, but card holders can’t.

Okay, what’s in it for you?

We only benefit when you do. The jjAbb system is designed to generate lots and lots of transactions with lots of happy customers making impulse purchases to earn and spend jjAbb. So the jjAbb company will generate a flat rate per transaction through the electronic jjAbbs transfer. That’s the win, win. We’ll charge one small flat rate whether the customer buys a coffee or car with jjAbb or earns a handful of jjAbbs or thousands of them.
